Large and small research projects. Main area expertise is the improvement of access to information to enable disabled people, carers and other disadvantaged groups to access learning, training, employment, volunteering and leisure opportunities. Such projects can be for the following purposes:
- user consultation surveys
- training needs analysis
- baseline studies
- website content
- literature surveys
- external evaluations
